Refund Policy
At AeroGenX, we value transparency and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.
- Service-Based Nature
All our products and services are digital and customized (website development, mobile apps, clone solutions, integrations, and marketing services). Once a project has started, resources, time, and expertise are allocated specifically to your order. - Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:- If the project has not been started after payment confirmation.
- If AeroGenX is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work.
- If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- Milestone Payments
For milestone-based projects, payments made for completed phases are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will only cover the remaining unused scope of work. - Client Responsibilities
Delays caused by missing content, approvals, feedback, or communication from the client do not qualify for a refund. - Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing. Any work already completed will be billed, and only the balance (if any) will be eligible for refund consideration. - Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. - Third-Party Costs
Payments made toward third-party services (hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, licenses, marketing tools, etc.) are non-refundable.
