Refund Policy

At AeroGenX, we value transparency and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.

  1. Service-Based Nature
    All our products and services are digital and customized (website development, mobile apps, clone solutions, integrations, and marketing services). Once a project has started, resources, time, and expertise are allocated specifically to your order.
  2. Eligibility for Refund
    Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
    • If the project has not been started after payment confirmation.
    • If AeroGenX is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work.
    • If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
    Once development, design, or consultation has begun, refunds are generally not applicable.
  3. Milestone Payments
    For milestone-based projects, payments made for completed phases are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will only cover the remaining unused scope of work.
  4. Client Responsibilities
    Delays caused by missing content, approvals, feedback, or communication from the client do not qualify for a refund.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing. Any work already completed will be billed, and only the balance (if any) will be eligible for refund consideration.
  6. Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  7. Third-Party Costs
    Payments made toward third-party services (hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, licenses, marketing tools, etc.) are non-refundable.
